Meet Aviel Brodkin
After more than twenty years in education, Aviel discovered that her true passion lies in coaching school leaders as they create meaningful change. As the founding principal of a school she successfully led for over a decade, she knows firsthand the challenges of building a school community from the ground up — balancing people, systems, and vision. Out of that experience grew her joy in mentoring other leaders through those very same challenges. Over the years, she has guided heads of school and administrators to trust themselves, inspire their teams, and strengthen their communities.
Aviel’s approach is anything but one-dimensional. She weaves together lessons from founding and running a school, business management, HR, the Nurtured Heart Approach, educational best practices, brain science, and her training as a certified coach with a master’s in educational leadership. Whether supporting administrators, boards, teachers, parents, or students, her work centers on helping people climb toward goals that once felt out of reach — and celebrating the breakthroughs along the way.
